The opportunity has been born of the need for specialized and knowledgable funding of developmental stage franchise product
and/or service concepts. While there are undoubtedly private enterprise venture capital providers in the marketplace, their current position is little different today
than it was 10 years ago: a preference for high tech enterprises, or real estate related operations. Additionally, the Small Business Administration is more ready to
assist qualified individuals in starting up their own business, and indeed, many franchisees are successful in obtaining funding through the SBA. Meaningful investment support for aspiring franchisers however, has been almost entirely neglected until now. It is this void that FRANCAP intends to fill by making available capital sum investments to qualifying appropriate start-up, and/or established business,
whose principals in concert with FRANCAP's Management Team, believe a successful franchise product or service can be speedily developed, packaged, registered,
marketed, and profitably managed. |

FRANCAP's objective is to attract investor funds for placement into carefully evaluated franchise development projects, thereby enabling investors to participate in the ownership of a new and exciting franchise project.
Indeed, each individually structured project will acquire equity ownership in a resulting franchise, and under the experienced developmental, operations and marketing expertise possessed by FRANCAP's Management Team, a potentially successful franchise project can emerge and perpetuate.
Each franchise project will earn revenues by receiving advance franchise fees at the time a franchise is sold ("Licensing Fees"), and can thereafter enjoy a regular cash flow provided as a result of participation in the franchisees' monthly gross revenues ("Franchise Royalty Fees").
Investors will therefore become partners in a
specific franchise project, and derive their future return of and on investments from gross revenues, not from net profits!
