Kenneth J. Kwit, following Cartel’s being fully vested, has
been tagged to serve as COB and share in the responsibilities for identifying
and managing the investment department of the Company, as well as addressing and
administering to all Corporate legal matters.
Mr. Kwit's extensive entrepreneurial background includes over thirty years
experience as CEO of consumer product companies, with heavy emphasis on
franchise and general business opportunity marketing and specialty retailing,
steming from 1964 when Mr. Kwit co‑founded the New York City Corporate Law Firm,
Roth, Carlson, Kwit, Spengler & Goodell, which grew to approximately 90 lawyers,
the law firm specializing in IPO's, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Kwit has served as Chairman of the Board, CEO and Minority Partner for
Expressions, Corp. (Metaire,
LA), a leading upscale
U.S.
furniture manufacturer wherein he arranged the acquisition and financing via
leveraged buyout of the company; Chairman for Sonoma Vineyards Corp., where he
negotiated a comprehensive financial and management restructuring of this public
company. He led the evolution of the company from that of an integrated premium
wine company to that of a major direct marketer of products through mail order,
telemarketing, and a chain of specialty retail stores. Through a series of
acquisitions and joint ventures, company sales rose from $5.7 million to over
$63 million during his tenure. While still at Sonoma, Mr. Kwit created Post Tool
Corporation, a chain of specialty retail stores that sells tools and light
machinery to a wide range of customers and professionals. In 1972, Mr. Kwit
joined Norton Simon, Inc., a $2+ billion consumer products company. Serving as
Vice President Corporate Affairs and Legal, he planned and was responsible for
the acquisition and merger of Max Factor and Company, Inc. and Halston
Enterprises. Additionally, he was
responsible for the divestiture of Can Division, publishing business (McCall's
magazine), pharmaceutical division (Denver Chemical Manufacturing Company), and
the company's graphics division.
Mr. Kwit's academic accomplishments include graduating in the top five of his
class with a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University Law School, BA from
Cornell University and a Clerkship on the Federal Court of Appeals.
Michelle Lee,
serves as Corporate Secretary and
CFO. She coordinates the efforts
between Cartel Funding and Confluence Equity Management. Since 1999 to the
present Mrs. Lee has headed-up her own business management and accounting firm,
SOHO SOCAL Roadrunners, LLC. From 1997 through 2001, Mrs. Lee was V.P and
Corporate Secretary for Francap Corporation, a franchise development company.
Mrs. Lee graduated INHA University, Incheon, Korea 1982, graduating in the upper
10% of her class.
James
Guzzie Rose, Executive V.P. Marketing; CMO, has
also been, and continues as a Netword Investor/Partner since January 2003.
Prior: founder and president of Quality Solutions Technology, an internet sales
and marketing company of 14 years, preceded by 10 years as executive V.P. of
Nova Card Publishers, an advertising and mass merchandising corporation.
An Acknowledged Business marketing consultant for twenty two years and a
cut-to-the-chafe, bottom-line motivational speaker, James Rose has been
associated with both the Brick & Mortar & Internet world of product promotions,
services, public relations and advertising, nationally and internationally,
where his accomplishments have proven him a high volume revenue producer,

executive and motivational speaker with exceptional communications and public relations skills and sound
work ethics.
Born in Chicago
IL, Mr. Rose attended the Chicago Conservatory of Music and the
Cleveland Institute where he achieved the status of violinist Virtuoso Soloist and
where he also gained the opportunity to attend the Yehudi Menuhin school of fine
arts in Europe. Mr. Rose continues his music as
an erstwhile hobbyist.
